Founded in 2020 by medical and industry experts in electrophysiology, EnChannel Medical is a pioneering cardiac technology company with headquarters in Guangzhou, China and a subsidiary in Irvine, CA. The company’s global team is committed to developing intuitive, safer, and more effective personalized solutions to assist electrophysiologists in treating patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias.

Our Team

Jun Feng

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Mr. Jun Feng has over 30 years of experience in clinical medical work, medical technology marketing, and high-tech consumable sales. He has established solid working and personal relationships with numerous domestic and international physicians and medical centers.

Mr. Feng has worked for Medtronic (now Medtronic, LLC) Cardiac Rhythm Management and St. Jude Medical (now Abbott Laboratories) Electrophysiology. He has held positions including Regional Clinical Engineer, Training Manager, Senior National Clinical and Training Manager, and National Sales Manager. He has extensive experience in project management, market development, financing of technological innovation, and the management of marketing, sales, and technical teams for entrepreneurial projects.

Mr. Feng received an undergraduate degree in clinical medicine from Xinjiang Medical University and a master’s degree in clinical medicine from Sun Yat-Sen Medical University. He has 16 Chinese invention patents and one US patent in the field of atrial fibrillation diagnosis and treatment.

Graydon Beatty

Chief Science Officer, Co-Founder

Dr. Graydon Beatty has over 40 years of experience in the design and development of innovative products for the field of cardiac electrophysiology, including 3D cardiac mapping, intracardiac catheter navigation, and catheter ablation therapies. He is a recognized scientific partner with leading physicians worldwide, and a noted expert in the electrical properties of excitable tissue and the biophysics of ablation energy delivery.

Prior to EnChannel Medical, Graydon served as CTO of Maxwell Biomedical, CTO of Acutus Medical (IPO 2020), and CTO, Director, and Co-founder of Endocardial Solutions (acquired by St. Jude Medical and now Abbott Laboratories). He also held other development and management roles with Cardiac Pacemakers (later Guidant and now Boston Scientific), AngeMed Corporation (now Boston Scientific), EP Technologies (now Boston Scientific), and the Electrophysiology division of C.R. Bard (now Boston Scientific).

Graydon holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and MS and PhD degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the Universities of Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has co-invented more than 70 issued patents in various medical technology fields.

Min Zhu

Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder

Dr. Min Zhu has over 10 years of experience developing advanced cardiac mapping technologies. As the Director of Advanced Algorithms at Acutus Medical, Inc., she led the research and development for the AcQMap® Mapping System and AcQBlate™ Ablation System. Her leadership pioneered the development of Dipole/Charge Density noncontact mapping and the innovative SuperMap™ algorithm designed to map AT/AFL with high automation and high precision. Dr. Zhu was also directly involved in conceiving magnetic and impedance-based cardiac navigation and tracking algorithms, and the use of contact and ultrasound point clouds to build cardiac anatomies. 

Dr. Zhu has authored or co-authored more than 20 papers published in high impact journals and holds 12 major patents in the fields of Neuroimaging, Inverse algorithms, Sparse Source Imaging and Cardiac Mapping. Dr. Zhu received her PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, an MS in Computational Mathematics, and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang University, China.

Amir Khashayar

Senior Vice President, R&D

Mr. Amir Khashayar serves as Senior Vice President of R&D at EnChannel Medical, where he leads the company’s research and development organization, advancing next-generation technologies in cardiac electrophysiology mapping, catheter navigation, and patient therapy. As a member of the executive leadership team, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s technical vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment of innovation with clinical, regulatory, and commercialization objectives.

Amir brings over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, with deep expertise in R&D leadership, strategic planning, and the development of complex software- and hardware-integrated systems in FDA-regulated environments. He led the build-out of EnChannel’s R&D organization while driving development of a next-generation electrophysiology mapping and ablation system from concept toward clinical and commercial readiness.

Previously, he spent over a decade at Edwards Lifesciences leading engineering for a market-leading global hemodynamic monitoring platform, where he led the architecture and transformation of R&D from traditional development processes to modern, scalable development frameworks that improved efficiency and delivery speed. He has also held leadership roles at Alcon Laboratories. Amir is a named inventor on multiple U.S. patents.

Tim Zhi

Director of Systems Engineering

Dr. Tim Zhi serves as Systems Engineering Director at EnChannel Medical, where he is responsible for leading cardiac mapping and ablation system design and development.

He brings 12+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with deep expertise in R&D of complex diagnostic and treatment medical devices. Prior to joining EnChannel Medical, Tim served as technical leader in multiple roles. Most recently, he served as Principal System Engineer at Acutus Medical where he contributed significantly to the development and commercialization of the next generation AcQMap cardiac mapping system. Earlier in his career, he held technical leadership roles at Alcon for developing novel diagnostic devices for eye surgeries.

Dr. Zhi holds a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Washinton. 

Bradley Wegrzynowicz

Director of Clinical Development

Mr. Bradley Wegrzynowicz is the Director of Clinical Development at EnChannel Medical, where he leads clinical strategy and execution for the company’s pulsed-field ablation and cardiac mapping platform. He partners with physicians and internal teams to drive adoption and translate clinical insight into practical application.

He brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and the medical device industry, and has been a successful commercial leader, with deep expertise in electrophysiology. His background spans EP lab operations, advanced mapping technologies, and the implementation of new therapies in clinical practice. Prior to EnChannel, Bradley held roles at Abbott (formerly St. Jude Medical/ESI) and Acutus Medical, supporting the development and adoption of electrophysiology technologies.

Bradley holds a degree in Cardiovascular Sciences from Penn State Geisinger and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from The College of West Virginia. He is credentialed as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).

Pratik Shah

Senior Manager – Algorithms

Dr. Pratik Shah serves as the Algorithm Senior Manager at EnChannel Medical, where he leads AI and algorithm development for cardiac mapping and ablation technologies and works closely with cross-functional teams to translate advanced algorithms into clinically meaningful solutions.

He brings more than 10 years of experience across the medical device and technology sectors, with deep expertise in machine learning, inverse problems, cardiac mapping, and integrated system development. His work has focused on developing advanced algorithms that connect clinical insight with scalable engineering solutions and support real-time decision-making. Prior to joining EnChannel Medical, Pratik was a Principal Scientist at Acutus Medical, where he developed real-time cardiac mapping and machine learning solutions. He also worked as an Applied Scientist at Amazon, building large-scale computer vision systems.

Dr. Pratik holds both a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as an M.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has authored or co-authored more than 20 publications in machine learning, inverse problems, and microwave imaging.

Meadow Wang

Regulatory Affairs Director

Ms. Meadow Wang serves as Regulatory Affairs Director at EnChannel Medical, responsible for defining and executing the global regulatory vision and roadmap aligned with corporate business strategy. She leads the development of regulatory pathways and sequencing across regions and drives portfolio-level decision-making to support product development and commercialization objectives.

She brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, with deep expertise spanning research and development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality control. Prior to joining EnChannel Medical, Meadow served Nuvascular Inc, Terumo Neuro, GE, and Beckman Coulter. Most recently, she served as Director, RA/QA at Nuvascular Inc. where she was responsible for leading global regulatory strategies for neurovascular class III implantable devices, including U.S. IDE and PMA submission with U.S. FDA, as well as EU Class III clinical study registration and CE Mark application under EU MDR.

Meadow holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

Peggy English

Senior Quality Manager

Ms. Peggy English serves as Senior Quality Manager at EnChannel Medical, where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality across the organization. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, with deep expertise in design quality engineering for Class II and Class III medical devices, including complex systems such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and robotic navigation technologies.

Prior to joining EnChannel Medical, Peggy built a strong technical foundation in design quality roles at Johnson & Johnson operating companies, Biotronik, and Varian Medical Systems. Most recently, she served as Senior Quality Engineering Manager at Medtronic, where she led a design quality engineering team supporting navigation portfolios across both new product development and post-market product management. Peggy holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from California State University.

Anthony Ng

Director, Hardware Engineering

Mr. Anthony Ng serves as Hardware Engineering Director at EnChannel Medical, where he leads the architecture, design, and development of hardware systems with high-performance FPGA for cardiac electrophysiology. He is responsible for developing new hardware features, advancing high-channel-count signal processing platforms, driving new features, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve outcomes for patients with cardiac arrhythmia.

Prior to joining EnChannel Medical, Anthony held Director‑level leadership roles across leading medical device and life sciences companies, driving complex hardware and system development for regulated medical and scientific platforms. Most recently, he served as Director at huMannity MedTec, where he led a team of engineers to develop implantable neuromodulation systems. Earlier in his career, he held Director and senior leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories and Medtronic, and as a Director at Pacific Biosciences.

Anthony holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Simon Fraser University in Canada, an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and professional certifications including a Medical Device Development Certificate from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and Stanford University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship program. He holds 14 med‑tech related patents.

Rob Giambrone

Human Resources, Director

Mr. Rob Giambrone serves as Human Resources Director at EnChannel Medical, where he leads global HR strategy and builds scalable people operations to support the company’s growth across the U.S. and China. He brings over 25 years of experience across medical device, manufacturing, and operational environments, with expertise in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining EnChannel Medical, Rob served as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Confluent Medical Technologies, where he provided global HR leadership in a Class I–III medical device manufacturing environment, leading organizational development initiatives for startup facilities and implementing talent and performance strategies that strengthened engagement and operational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he held roles at St. Jude Medical, Tesla, and Macy’s, where he partnered with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals and drive process improvement.

Rob also served as a Senior Human Resources Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, holding progressive leadership roles supporting organizational readiness and personnel operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration from Farmingdale State College, SUNY, and a Project Management Certificate.
